Our adventure made the front page of the Washington County newspaper this week. We had traded e-mails with someone from the paper but we weren't sure when or if there would really be a story. We had cancelled our subscription to the paper because we are leaving the country so we haven't received a paper for a while. We received a very sweet note in the mail today that said she was so touched by the front page news article about us. We immediately drove to Blair in search of a newspaper. What an odd feeling to see a rather large picture of your family on the front page of the newspaper! We are in the midst of packing Don's truck. Bethany is taking photos for us so we will try to post some of those soon!
