Dad's new room was not available until midnight. We had him all ready to go and then tried to sleep while we waited. Once they moved him up, they got him settled pretty quickly. It helped that they moved him in his bed and let him continue to use the same bed. He shares his new room with another gentleman. This is going to be a little tough for my dad. Please pray for grace.
He is now supposed to only need his pap machine at night. He wore it from 10 pm until about 4:30 am this morning. They wanted him to try for 6 am so he did really well. The machine loosens up some of the mucus. Once they take it off, they want him to cough and get the mucus out. It is a lot of work but he really wants to get away from the pap machine if he can.
