We want to encourage you to click on our "Ficker Family" link to the left. The Fickers moved to Guatemala with their six children about 10 years ago. Duane Ficker was a pilot and Leslie was a nurse. They felt the Lord calling them to be involved in providing healthcare and support to the people living in the highlands of Guatemala. They now have three established clinics. These are the clinics that Don helped with when we were there in October. The Fickers have also had an airplane donated to them that Duane uses to fly into areas of Guatemala that cannot be reached otherwise. They feel called to these areas where the people are forgotten and forsaken. During the six months that we are there, we will be working with the Fickers in whatever ways we can serve them and their ministry.
